Mescalero Apache Telecom Teams With VoX to Expand Footprint and Offer Triple Play Capability

VoX Communications Corp., eLEC Communications Corp.'s (OTCBB: ELEC) wholesale and retail provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services nationwide, announced today that Mescalero Apache Telecom, Inc. (MATI) will private label and bundle VoX's digital broadband phone services with their DSL and broadband wireless offerings.
MATI is a tribally owned and operated telecommunications company serving the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation and surrounding areas in New Mexico. Of the 575 recognized tribes in the US, Mescalero is one of only seven to provide on-site telecommunications services to its members. Tribal leaders from across the nation visit Mescalero regularly to study its telecommunications network and attend in-depth training courses that are offered as part of an outreach program to improve the state of telecommunications in reservations.
MATI recently turned to VoX to further advance its offering. Not only did VoX exceed the company's expectations for quality, but also provided the flexibility MATI needed to easily and quickly bundle the service into its existing solutions.
