Following rumours leading to movements in the Company s share price observed this morning, the Company announces that, despite expressions of interest made to it that did not constitute offers, the Company is not engaged in any financial operation with respect to its share capital.
The Company is focused on the execution of its transformation plan approved by the Supervisory Board and presented to the market, which is value enhancing.
