RRSat's CEO Named 2007 "Teleport Executive of the Year"

RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. (NASDAQGM: RRST) ("RRSat"), a rapidly growing provider of comprehensive content management and global distribution services to the television and radio broadcasting industries, today announced that David Rivel, RRSat's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, was named 2007 "Teleport Executive of the Year" by the World Teleport Association (WTA) at the SATELLITE 2007 conference in Washington, D.C. last week.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Rivel was cited by the WTA for his efforts in building RRSat's capabilities to handle the "turbulent flow of information" from Israel and the Middle East to the outside world. WTA also recognized Mr. Rivel's leadership in taking RRSat public in the U.S. and in building the company to become the ninth-ranked independent teleport operator in the world in terms of revenue.
