SIVOO Management Team Adds Veteran Programming and Production Executives

SIVOO, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDRH.PK), the first Internet TV network of multicultural on-demand entertainment programming, today announced it has appointed two accomplished executives to its management team. SIVOO announced it has named Alan Sternfeld as executive vice president, Multicultural Networks, to oversee the acquisition and management of programming on SIVOO's digital networks. In addition, SIVOO appointed George Chung as VP of production, reporting to Sternfeld. Chung will head production of SIVOO's multicultural entertainment programming.

Sternfeld will join the senior management team to oversee the development and expansion of SIVOO's quality multicultural on-demand entertainment content. With more than 21,000 hours of Spanish, Chinese and Hindi language programming already licensed, Sternfeld will focus on adding other foreign language content later this year.
Sternfeld has over two decades of experience in the areas of production, content development and acquisition, media buying and program planning. He was formerly a senior vice president at Lifetime and an executive vice president at ABC Entertainment, in addition to having served as chief content officer at EVEO, the first site devoted to streaming user generated video online.

As part of today's announcement, SIVOO also appointed two-time Emmy award winner George Chung as vice president of production to oversee the development of SIVOO's multicultural entertainment programming and ensure it is of the highest quality. Chung brings with him many years of experience in producing and directing programming for television and live events around the world.
Prior to his current role at SIVOO Inc., Chung produced and directed live events for the Azteca Network, overseeing more than 30 live primetime sporting events that were televised in approximately 55 million households. In addition, Chung founded ACS Television where he produced over 200 sporting events around the world. Further, SIVOO has expanded its production capabilities with the opening of a new facility in Studio City, Calif. that will be supervised by Chung.
