American Software's Board Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend

American Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of American Software common stock. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2007.
