CORRECTION FROM SOURCE/Dios Exploration Inc.: Financing With Mavrix

The following corrects and replaces the release sent earlier today at 4:13pm. It should have read 740,000 units instead of 740,000 million units on the 3rd line.
Dios Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DOS) closed on November 3, 2006 a private placement with the Mavrix Group of Toronto for gross proceeds of $199,800 consisting of a total of 740,000 units at a price of 27 cents per unit.
The MAVRIX financing was negotiated a few weeks ago and completed through Desjardins Securities, and a finder's fee was payable. Each unit consists of one flow-through share and one half-warrant which entitles its holder thereof to subscribe for one Common Share of DIOS at a price of 29 cents for a period of one year. Under applicable securities legislation and policies of the TSX-V Exchange, all securities issued under this private placement are subject to a four-month hold period.
DIOS welcomes this new investment group from Toronto to participate in its continuous growth. The proceeds of this placement will be allocated to the current exploration work on DIOS' Chibouki property, a road accessible property north-east of the town of Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada.
DIOS now has some 15.5 million shares outstanding and is actively exploring the James Bay area of the province of Quebec, Canada, where it owns one of the largest holding of mining rights. SIRIOS RESOURCES (TSX VENTURE: SOI), a most active gold explorer in the Opinaca-Eleonore area, remains its main shareholder owning 9.5 % of its shares.
