Eye Rock Digital Secures Major Content Rights For VOD & IPTV

Savers Plus International Inc. ("Savers" or the "Company") (TSXV:SAV) announced today the Company's Video On Demand ("VOD") and Internet Protocol Television ("IPTV"), Eye Rock Digital (www.eyerockdigital.com) has entered an agreement with Avalon Media Inc. ("Avalon Media") of New York to provide content for its Eye Rock Digital Network.
Avalon Media is a television and alternative media production company that has produced programming for HBO, Showtime, Playboy and other major media companies.
Avalon Media will provide Eye Rock Digital with exclusive content for several of Eye Rock's broadband programs, including: World Wrestling Legends, The Bikini Team, Comedy Raw, Viva La Musica, Gina Lynn's Down N Dirty and other original programming geared to Eye Rock's core demographic market. Avalon Media will be paid on a revenue share basis for use of the content.
In addition to providing its own content, Avalon Media has agreed to work with other media content companies globally to secure exclusive content for the Eye Rock Digital Network.

Launching mid December 2006, Eye Rock Digital is positioned primarily to the 18 to 34 male age market, and will offer consumers professionally produced online content in short video format, as well as user driven content. The Eye Rock Digital Network will be geographically segmented, allowing Canadian advertisers to reach their intended market without having to compete with US advertisers. Eye Rock Digital will also roll out to additional geographic markets, including the US, UK and Europe in 2007.
Advertisers will be able to offer pre-roll video ads, leader board and skyscraper banners, as well as unique broadband and wireless contesting and exclusive programming.

Change in composition of the Company Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Fred Turack as a director and chair of the audit committee, effective immediately. The Board and Management appreciate the efforts of Mr. Turack in assisting the company through the qualifying transaction process and subsequent business quarter. The Board and management wish Mr. Turack well in his future endeavors. In his absence, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Girvan Patterson as chair of the audit committee effective immediately.
