SRN Launches First Social Networking Website for Sports

LAKE BLUFF, Ill., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ SRN Internet Venture, LLC, in conjunction with SRN Broadcasting, announces the launch of the beta version of a new web portal, YourSportsFan.com, on Wednesday, August 30th. YourSportsFan.com is the world's first online platform for the interaction of sports fans, created by fans, with content driven by fans. In addition to the major sports, YourSportsFan.com will provide a national platform for sports such as archery, kayaking, and lacrosse, which are largely overlooked by mainstream media.

YourSportsFan.com will offer sports enthusiasts the ability to share their opinions, experiences, and passions through a variety of free interactive technologies such as blogging, forums, photos, audio, and video sharing. YourSportsFan.com will also have access to SRN's extensive network of over one hundred reporters in every major market, and its library of archived audio from the past fifteen years. YourSportsFan.com is the brainchild of SRN Sports Director Steven Leventhal, and Manuel deJoya, a former marketing and technology director for a Fortune 500 company.

YourSportsFan.com plans to continue to challenge the sports community with new functionality and fan driven content.
