Vision Technology Corporation Announces New Finance Team

Vision Technology Corporation (pink sheets: VSTC) announced today that it has entered into contracts to retain the services of Mr. Christopher T. McKittrick and Mr. Nicholas L. Williams as independent contractors to manage the company's financial matters. Mr. McKittrick recently served as Controller of Nomaco, Inc. in Zebulon, NC for three years. Prior to his tenure with Nomaco, Mr. McKittrick had more than 26 years of experience in financial and accounting services. Mr. McKittrick has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Williams recently served as V.P. of Finance of Reichhold, Inc., capping his fifteen years with Reichhold throughout its financial function. Prior to Reichhold, Mr. Williams worked for twenty years with General Electric Corporation in a variety of financial positions.
