Symantec CEO to Keynote at Air Force Information Technology Conference

David McCulley, Symantec's public sector principal systems engineer, will lead a seminar on IT asset management titled "Accurate IT Asset Accounting and Tracking." The presentation will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at 2:30 p.m. CT. McCulley's presentation will highlight strategies for putting in place comprehensive and centralized IT asset tracking programs. He will describe how continuous IT tracking affords defense administrators the ability to enhance vulnerability management, gain visibility into software license consumption, and anticipate resource costs by discovering connected devices, cataloging installed software, and mapping connected assets to agency users and requirements.
