Vigil Signs a Telecommunications Services Agreement With KORE Wireless to Deploy its New GSM/GPRS Solutions Across Canada

Vigil Technology Locating Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VIG) ("Vigil GPS") announces that it has signed a telecommunications services agreement with KORE Wireless Inc. ("KORE"), a leading independent provider of digital network services for the M2M market in Canada and the US.
This agreement will allow Vigil GPS to launch its new GSM/GPRS solutions with highly competitive service plans for its commercial fleet management segment but also for the low usage commercial and consumer security segments across Canada.
GSM is the world's most utilized wireless technology with an estimated 1.7 billion users in 210 countries. GPRS, the data service of GSM based on IP connectivity was, until now, packaged by most wireless operators for large data applications instead of low usage and exception based reporting applications such as security. Vigil has chosen KORE for its flexibility and adaptability to develop service plans addressing those various market needs.
