TalkSwitch(R) Designates DecisionOne as a Certified Installer

TalkSwitch(R), a company specializing in the design and manufacture of innovative voice systems for small and multi-location businesses, announced that it has named DecisionOne, a technology support services firm, as a certified installer of its TalkSwitch line of IP/PSTN hybrid PBXs. As a certified installer, DecisionOne will work with authorized TalkSwitch resellers to provide installation and technical assistance to TalkSwitch customers in the U.S. and Canada.

Through its Desktop to Dialtone program, DecisionOne will perform on-site equipment installations and provide technical troubleshooting of TalkSwitch products for SMB customers of TalkSwitch resellers.
