Check email with your remote control

MTS TV customers can check their email right on their own TV by registering for the new Email on Demand service. Email on Demand puts your MTS Internet inbox right on your TV screen, and lets you view and even delete messages with your remote control. The service is free and available to anyone with MTS TV and any MTS Internet account.
"Email on Demand is another great example of the choice and convenience MTS TV offers customers," said Roy Sherbo, Vice-President MTS TV Services MTS Allstream Inc. "The bundles you can get from MTS already give you great savings, and here is an example of how we give you great new service too."
To register for the service, customers can simply visit www.mts.ca/mtstvemail and complete the registration form. Once you're registered, press the "B" or "Home" button on your MTS TV remote control and follow the menu until you are checking your @mts.net email right on your own TV.
"Just like TV Call Display, this is a great feature you can't get from competing TV and Internet providers," said Sherbo. "Together with our crystal clear signal, our wide variety of theme groups and specialty channels and our outstanding MTS Video on Demand Service, Email on Demand is another example of the features that put MTS TV ahead of the pack."
MTS TV customers can also get in on the great bundle deals from MTS. MTS High Speed Internet, MTS TV and MTS Wireless, and even AAA Alarms, can potentially be combined to save you anywhere from $10 to $20 a month, and even more with a subscription to MTS's $15 flat-rate long distance plan.
