PetroWorld Announces National Policy 51-101 Filings

PetroWorld Corp. announces that it has received from Petrotech Engineering Ltd. a Technical Report dated effective December 31, 2005 titled "Evaluation of the Interests of PetroWorld Corp. in the Development of Songkha and Bua Ban Fields in the Songkhla Basin Concession G5/43, Thailand" (the "Petrotech Report"). The Petrotech Report was prepared by John Yu, P. Eng., a qualified evaluator and auditor as defined in National Policy 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities of the Canadian Securities Administrators ("NI 51-101"). The Petrotech Report has been filed with each of the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions, together with: (a) a Form 51-101F1 Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information; (b) a Form 51-101F2 Report on Reserves Data by Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator or Auditor; and (c) a Form 51-101F3 Report of Management and Directors on Oil and Gas Disclosure (collectively, the "NI 51-101 Forms").
