Golden Telecom Announces Second Quarter Dividend Payment

Golden Telecom, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLDN) today announcedthat its Board of Directors on June 1, 2006, approved the payment of aquarterly dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be paid onJune 30, 2006, to common shareholders of record as of June 16, 2006.
