WJ Communications Appoints R. Gregory Miller as Chief Financial Officer

Gregory (Greg) Miller as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 10,2006. Prior to that, heserved as CFO at Summit Microelectronics, Inc. He has also held seniorfinancial positions at LSI Logic Corporation, National SemiconductorCorporation, and Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. Miller received his B.S.E.degree from the University of Michigan. He holds two Master's degrees, onein Business Administration from Duke University and another in Engineeringfrom the University of Michigan. He is also a certified public accountant.
