Sentias Releases Next Generation Digital Advertising System

Sentias Software Corp. is excited to announce the release of the Sentias Digital Media Server (DMS), an Internet based digital content delivery and schedule management system. The DMS is a sophisticated web-based application which provides advertising agencies with complete control over the remote delivery of content to geographically diverse display units.
The Sentias Digital Media Server, which was first developed in 2002 for the Japanese market, has been recently rebuilt to take advantage of the many advanced features of the Sentias Administration System and Application Framework. The DMS includes several components including media management, advanced media conversion and delivery, standards based XML compliant schedule delivery, display device management and real-time status, schedule management, and advanced content delivery logging and auditing features. Increased demand for digital display advertising and a decrease in the cost of hardware including flat panel displays and powerful personal computers has fueled an increased demand for the Sentias DMS.

The Sentias Digital Media Server has been a major development initiative for Sentias Software and represents a significant investment in time and resources. Sentias has already begun development on a hosted system which will allow advertisers to manage and maintain their own network of display devices and advertisers without high software acquisition costs. The Sentias Commerce Server is available for purchase directly from Sentias or through authorized resellers in the United States, Canada, and Japan.
