QuickArrow Announces Company Milestone: 20,000 Active Online Users and Growing

29 March 2006

Austin, Texas (PRWEB) March 27, 2006 -- QuickArrow, Inc., a leading provider of on demand Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions for billable services organizations, today announced it has exceeded 20,000 active users. In 2005, the company added 91 new clients and 6,600 users in professional services organizations such as business consulting firms and hardware and software manufacturers. In 2006, the company continues its 30+% growth rate.

«Service organizations have an ongoing need to efficiently manage resources while keeping costs down. So it's not surprising that the market for automating and measuring these activities continues to grow,» said Elizabeth Davis, QuickArrow's CEO. «Despite fluctuations and changes in the marketplace, we've consistently provided the highest levels of service to our clients, and they acknowledge this by regularly referring business to us.»

Thomas Lah, executive director of the Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA) agrees, «Technology companies continue to grow their services revenue faster than software license or hardware sales. The latest study from Q4 2005 shows that software companies now earn 60% of their dollars from services, while hardware firms are at 37%. This is double the percentage of services revenue in both industries from 10 years ago.» He says the data underscores a need for tapping the potential of PSA solutions with the right support services.

Industry analysts forecast that the market for professional services automation will continue to grow in 2006 and through 2009 as a result of its low learning curve and rapid return on investment. The light planning functionality and mobile time reporting have proved to be especially attractive to field service organizations.

QuickArrow's PSA solution powers more billable service organizations than any other PSA application. The company's clients include small-and mid-sized services organizations as well as global enterprises with more than 20,000 employees. Hardware and software manufacturers, business consulting firms, and field service organizations use QuickArrow for a full range of solutions including resource management, time and expense entry, and strategic business analytics to streamline their processes.

«QuickArrow is committed to providing leadership in effectively managing the complexities of delivering professional services,» continued Elizabeth Davis. «With insight into hundreds of PS organizations, we have an intimate understanding of the challenges professional services managers face each day and the best practices to manage them.»
