Telzuit Medical Technologies Anticipates Filing Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB on or About March 3, 2006

Telzuit Medical Technologies, Inc. (the "Company" or "Telzuit")(OTC Bulletin Board: TZMTE) expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 on or about March 3, 2006, and anticipates that NASDAQ will remove the letter "E" from the Company's stock symbol at that time. The Company filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 14, 2006 to afford the Company additional time to deliver information in response to inquiries from its independent accountants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Company's Form 10-QSB. The Company's internal and external accountants are working diligently on completing the Company's financial statements.
