Nextel Partners 4Q Profit Up 17 Percent and Verizon Wireless Expands its Network with Seven New Cell Sites

Earnings increased to $42.4 million, or 14 cents per share, up from the year-ago quarter's profit of $36.3 million, or 12 cents per share.
