FileKeeper, Inc. Announces New Board Member Appointment

Knoxville, TN (February 20, 2006) - FileKeeper, Inc., the leading provider of continuous data protection software for Windows laptop and desktop PCs, today announced that it has elected Olivier J. Thierry as a Director of the Company. Mr. Thierry s appointment to the Board is effective immediately.
With over thirty years experience in several areas of computers and software systems, Mr. Thierry has a rich experience in developing, implementing, selling and marketing enterprise software, both domestically and internationally with organizations such as NetIQ Corporation, Mission Critical Software, Amdahl, Boole & Babbage, KPMG, and Burroughs. Most recently, Mr. Thierry served as Senior Vice President Worldwide Marketing and Alliances at NetIQ Corporation where he was responsible for the company s worldwide marketing efforts. Mr. Thierry also led NetIQ s strategic partnership initiatives with other leading technology firms including Microsoft. Mr. Thierry received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a joint major in both Marketing and Computers and Systems from McGill University.
