HickoryTech Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Webcast

HickoryTech Corporation (Nasdaq: HTCO) announced today that it will host a live Webcast of its 2005 fourth quarter conference call Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. EST. Results for the fourth quarter will be released after the close of trading Feb. 27, at approximately 6:30 p.m. EST.

The conference call Webcast will be available online through the investor relations page of HickoryTech's Web site at http://www.HickoryTech.com . A Webcast replay will be available for 90 days.
