Information Technology Group, Inc. was recently selected as a «2005 Technology Pacesetter» by Accounting Today and Accounting Technology magazines. Selected from thousands of other companies, ITG was recognized as one of the top 100 software consultants and resellers from across the United States and Canada. This is the fourth year ITG has been named as a Pacesetter.
In what has been an annual tradition for a number of years, Accounting Today and Accounting Technology recognize leaders in the accounting technology profession. The special feature described technology pacesetters as companies who «distinguish themselves through their performance.» Qualities that factored into the selection process included «awards won by the organizations, leadership, industry reputation, sales per employee, and growth.»
