Wi-FiTV.com, Leader in Internet TV, to Offer Hundreds of Movies for 99 Cents Each

Wi-Fi TV Inc. (OTC: WTVN), which streamed the

first full-length movie on the Internet in 1995 and in 2005 became a

pioneer in Internet TV, announced it will offer hundreds of classic movies

online for 99 cents each at www.Wi-FiTV.com. The movies will be available

in February and will be paid for with tokens.

Wi-Fi TV Inc. announced the addition of movies at the 2006 Consumer

Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Wi-Fi TV previously announced (in 2005) a

content partnering program which allows content producers to distribute

their content online at Wi-Fi TV and share in the revenue of each download.

The partners can select the price of the content to consumers.

Monthly Wi-Fi TV memberships, which include unlimited, no-additional-cost

access to over 200 live TV channels and many interactive chat and personal

communication features, are available in monthly and annual subscriptions.

Beginning in February, the Wi-Fi TV subscriptions are $2.95 per month

(recurring monthly billing) or $24.95 per year prepaid. There will be a

30-day no-obligation free trial which will apply to either plan. Members

can purchase tokens for premium priced content, including movies.
