21 December 2005

Syscan Imaging Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SYII) the world leader in USB powered portable image scanners announces a partnership between its wholly owned subsidiary, SysView Technology, Inc. (STI) and Uneed Systems of Korea (USOK) a pioneer in LCoS based projection technology. The two companies intend to work in conjunction to deliver ground breaking 1080p LCoS HDTV solutions. On a parallel path STI and USOK will collaborate in the development of a proprietary 3 panel LCoS based light engine utilizing the Nanodisplay chip set.
"Uneed has started mass production of a LCoS TV with 720p HD resolution that utilizes their proprietary single panel light engine design." Said Darwin Hu CEO for Syscan Imaging, Inc. he further stated "In this industry technology is not enough, you must be able to deliver it in a finished product and they are." David Clark, President of SysView, Technology, Inc. followed, "Our combined expertise and resources along with Uneed's proven ability to deliver gives us great optimism for the future of our 3 panel LCoS solution."
