Taking the Techno out of Technology
5 December 2005
How would you like to visit a Website that focused on Technology but did it in a way that everyday non Techno-savy people could relate? That's what DigitizeMe.info is all about. Helping regular people find out what technology can actually do for them.
We live in a world outnumbered by digital devices and gadgets. Computers, Cellphones, PDA's, GPS's, iPods, Webcams with just about everything communicating back and forth through some invisible wireless connection almost as if our existence isn't needed anymore? That is until they stop working.
Technology can be a wonderful thing or it can seem like your worst enemy. The trick is knowing just enough to get enjoyment out of it but not too much that you get caught up to deep in it.
What can Technology do for you and what do you really need it to do. I love Technology and enjoy trying out new gadgets on a daily basis but I'm far from being a specialist at anything. That's OK, as long as I can get it to do what I need it to do without wasting hours of time stuck in the Technology Black-hole.
Over the past decade, my experience is that the average person is not interested in speeds and feeds or any other kind of technical jargon, what they are really after is being able to do what it is they want to do with as little monkey business as possible and get on with the rest of their busy lives.
After answering the same questions over and over again, it only made sense to put these answers somewhere that more people could take advantage of them. DigitizeMe.info is a new Website specifically designed to take the Techno out of Technology in an easy to understand way that anyone can comprehend.
Come for a visit and Get Digitized...
