Load Balancing Software Company Acquires Strategic Partnership with KEMP Technologies

KEMP Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of affordable server load balancing and SSL acceleration appliances, today announced it has acquired all rights to the BRAIN FORCE load balancing software currently in use in KEMP’s LoadMaster product line. In a cash-for-stock exchange, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (BFH) initially acquires 10 percent of KEMP Technologies with an agreement to bring the BFH investment in KEMP Technologies to 30 percent by June 30, 2006.
