For a fourth year in a row, UNIS LUMIN has achieved Cisco Gold Certified Partner status. This accomplishment is a result of UNIS LUMIN’s ongoing commitment to extensive training in Cisco advanced technologies, maintaining highly developed customer support services, achieving advanced technical specializations and sustaining consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
An independent auditing firm conducted the recertification process completing an on-site review of UNIS LUMIN’s practices, training and technologies. During the course of the recertification, auditing firm NSF-ISR noted that UNIS LUMIN’s audit was faster and easier than most reviews because UNIS LUMIN adheres strictly to best business practices at all times, so information required for the audit can be easily provided as needed. In addition to the audit, NSF-ISR observed that UNIS LUMIN is unique in the industry in its use of innovative custom applications. In particular they were very impressed with an application designed by UNIS LUMIN specifically for the Blackberry that interfaces with UNIS LUMIN’s IP Communications system.
Gold Certified Partners are considered extensions of Cisco Systems support team and guarantee customer support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
