Mobile Productivity Inc. Appoints Seasoned Finance and Technology Veteran Bob Pringle as Executive Vice President and CFO

Mobile Productivity, Inc. (MPi), a premier supplier of proprietary diagnostic, repair information and service merchandising solutions to the automotive industry, announced today the appointment of Bob Pringle as Executive Vice President and CFO. Mr. Pringle also serves as a member of MPi's Board of Directors, where he has been an active director since February, 2003.
Pringle is a seasoned leader and 20-year veteran of technology ventures ranging from startups to Fortune 100 businesses to private equity firms. He has conceived, founded and built businesses to $25-50 million in revenue, and is skilled in managing full P&L, strategic planning, raising capital in private and public markets, sales and marketing, operations, technology, merger and acquisition, financial planning, recruiting and cost-containment. He has broad experience in applying technology to accelerate the growth of businesses of all sizes.

Prior to joining MPI, Pringle served as a Managing Director for Brandywine Executive Partners, LLC and for the past four years as a consultant ("entrepreneur-in-residence") for Warburg Pincus. His experience includes president and co-founder of InteliHealth (a Webby Award winning joint venture of Johns Hopkins Medicine and Aetna U.S. Healthcare); president of The Network Connection (a broadband services provider); and a variety of leadership roles at Reuters, VNU, Arbitron, Price Waterhouse, and IBM.
Mr. Pringle holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, a BAS from the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Finance with honors from the University of Chicago.
