South-West Solicitors Capitalise on Digital Dictation as 10 Law Firms Implement BigHand Workflow Software

Digital dictation workflow systems have taken off in the South-West in 2005, with 10 law firms in the region installing BigHand software in recent months.
A misperception that digital dictation workflow was the preserve of the London elite has now given way to a conviction that the software holds just as many benefits for regionally focused operations. South-West law firms have discovered that replacing tape-based equipment with BigHand software brings immediate savings, even to smaller practices. In addition, productivity enhancements such as home and remote working can be even more valid in a regional context. Firms to have recently installed BigHand in the South-West include:

Peter Creber, IT Director at Kitson Hutchings, described how:
