The new Prestigio USB Flash Drive is due to hit the stores across Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa in early August.
The new Prestigio USB Flash Drive has become the second product in Prestigio's Mobile Storage product line-up after the introduction of the Pocket Drive (20GB) in April this year. The new innovative Flash memory product is a perfect external storage device targeted to mobile users.
Prestigio USB Flash Drive represents the smallest and lightest solution for secure storage and transfer of personal documents, music, photos, and other data. It features a revolving steel texture cap which not only provides a reliable protection of the drive but also solves the 'loose cap' problem, so users do not have to worry about losing the drive cap any more.
Prestigio USB Flash Drive supports BIOS booting similar to USB ZIP and USB HDD, which enables the user to boot from the drive on any computer taking advantage of customized settings. In addition, the drive provides the so-called user-defined Dual Zone allowing for password protection and data encryption of sensitive information.
The device supports hot Plug&Play via the USB connection, has an easy-to-use intuitive interface, and does not require any boring software installation or heavy manuals. It takes just seconds to install, and is compatible with any PC with 2.0 or USB 1.1 port. Prestigio USB Flash Drive is compatible with all mainstream operating systems like Windows 98/SE, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, Mac OS 9.08. Its high-speed USB 2.0 interface allows to swiftly transfer and store large amounts of data, such as digital photos, music, films and bulky presentations.
