Everypath Names Laura Lilyquist Senior VP of Marketing and Business Development

Everypath, the leading provider of Mobile Task Automation (MTA) solutions for the enterprise, has added to the strength and experience of its executive team. The company today announced it has appointed Laura Lilyquist Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Lilyquist brings a wide variety of business development, marketing, international and corporate strategy experience from emerging growth technology companies. She will lead the company's efforts to build on its early success in worldwide markets. "Laura's diverse background includes both large multinational corporations and emerging companies like ours, covering every area of technology that is relevant to us," said Mark Tapling, president and CEO of Everypath. "She has experience growing companies of our size and managing that expected growth. Laura is a perfect fit for the company today and down the road."
Laura has over 20 years of experience serving in various capacities for computer, telecom and venture capital companies including corporate development, business development, strategic planning, corporate investing, product marketing, product management, financial planning, technology licensing and international management. Most recently, she was the president of Edgewood Partners, where she provided strategic counsel to early-stage startup companies in emerging markets. Prior to Edgewood, Laura spent ten years at Sun Microsystems, where she most recently held the position of director of worldwide business development for the Consumer and Mobile Systems Group, leading senior business development managers in the U.S., Europe and Asia. While at Sun, she also managed the company's Wireless Investment Fund, where she served as board advisor to portfolio companies Jamdat Mobile, Mobilitec and PacketVideo. Laura has also previously held the title vice president of marketing with two acquired, early stage software companies. In addition, she was the senior director of product marketing for Oracle Corporation's New Media Division.
