Mills, Chief Financial Officer of Knology, Inc., will not be presenting at the UBS Leveraged Finance Conference 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at 4:45 p.m. Pacific Time/6:45 p.m. Eastern Time due to a scheduling conflict.
