Cygnus, America Online to Provide Theme Park and Attraction 'eTicketing' Service

Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (OTC: CYGT - News) today announced an agreement has been reached with America Online, Inc. to provide theme park and attraction ticket sales throughout AOL® CityGuide, a leading provider of local entertainment information online, available free on the Web at aolcityguide.com.
Theme parks and attractions throughout the US will be able to participate in the program by contracting with Cygnus and providing electronic inventory that will be sold to consumers primarily as a Print-at-Home ticket. Cygnus Customers using ceOsk® brand kiosks will also be able to deliver tickets to consumers using automated Will-Call. Both options utilize Cygnus' proprietary ceTicket® technology and services.
